This 3 session package is for a deep cleansing of not only your body but your mind and spirit! Feel rejuvenation, confidence, immune system enhancement, and deep spiritual connection among other benefits!

      Sessions will be once a week for the 3 week package. Days may vary according to your schedule. 

       Each session begins with us connecting to our soul, followed by three 15 minute "rounds" of steam sauna, with a cold dip after each round. This offering is highly personalized, taking into consideration your unique experience level and needs. Plan on the session to last 1 to 1.5 hours. 

        During the 15 minute sauna rounds I will be in the sauna with you, holding space and singing healing songs with a drum or rattle to aid you in your cleanse. You will be asked to bring an intention of what you feel needs cleansing. We will call upon the 4 elements as well as the 4 directions and healing beings to guide and aid you into this deeply cleansing process. 

        After each sauna round you will sit into a cold dip tank for 1 to 3 minutes. I will aid you in practicing breathing techniques during this time. Temperature of the tank will vary due to outside temperature fluctuations. 

         Bring a bathing suit or shorts and shirt, towel, and change of clothes. You will be provided with a private place to change. 

          This is a very personalized experience. Temperatures and duration can be tailored to your experience level or needs accordingly. There is always a line of communication open for you to get what you need.
